Speed Intervals Cycling Session: Volume 1
The Speed Interval Session: Volume 1 is a beginner level session, which will take you through a rhythmic cycling session that will focus primarily on multiple intervals per song, of high resistance with slow speed, and low resistance with a faster speed.
You will complete 35 minutes of work through a warmup, speed and resistance intervals, core work on the bike, upper and lower body isolation moves, and a cool down with stretching.
Each session will always have a warmup, as well as a cool down. You will also receive an instructional video on how to set up your stationary bike properly, as well as proper form on the bike for this specific cycling format.
FOR ALL "ROUGH RIDING WITH MATILDA" CLASSES, YOUR BIKE MUST BE AN UPRIGHT STATIONARY BIKE. Recumbent bikes and Dual-Action bikes are not suitable for this specific cycling format.
