Gloria's Alpha Omega Mix: Volume 1 Style

Gloria's Alpha Omega Mix: Volume 1 style is a beginner level session with pop and alternative rock tunes that were handpicked by the QUEEN of my heart - my Mother!

This will take you through a little bit of everything I instruct in my rhythmic cycling format classes!

I will coach you through a 35 minute cycling workout composed of a warmup, quick speeds with low resistance, low speeds with high resistance, some core work, climbs, upper and lower body isolation moves, and a cool down with stretching.

Each session will always have a warmup, as well as a cool down. You will also receive an instructional video on how to set up your stationary bike properly, as well as proper form on the bike for this specific cycling format.

FOR ALL "ROUGH RIDING WITH MATILDA" CLASSES, YOUR BIKE MUST BE AN UPRIGHT STATIONARY BIKE. Recumbent bikes and Dual-Action bikes are not suitable for this specific cycling format.
