For a few years now, I have believed it is important to partake in exercises and workouts that you enjoy in order to stay consistent, and have FUN while doing them. For me personally, it has always been difficult to partake in exercises or workouts that are not very enjoyable; workouts that can make us feel like it is more of a dreaded “chore”,” job”, or something “I have to get out of the way”. Can you relate to this? Wouldn’t it be much better if you had weekly workouts that you actually look forward to completing or participating in? This cycling format does just that for me! It is very exciting to teach, and many people love to partake in it! I am happy to announce that I am bringing my rhythmic cycling sessions I have been teaching for years, to YOU! My quick 35 to 40 minute pre-recorded virtual cycling sessions can be completed at home on your own upright stationary bike, or you can put your headsets on and ride along at your local gym(s). After purchasing a session, you will be granted access to the streamable session(s) through a safe Gumroad Website link that you can keep forever, complete at your own convenience, and as many times as you would like! There will be 3 Volumes released over time as I record my content. My goal is to publish a new Volume Series of 6 different cycling sessions each month. Volume 1 Sessions will be for the beginner Rough Riders of my cycling format. Volume 2 Sessions will be for my intermediate Rough Riders, and Volume 3 Sessions will be for my advanced Rough Riders. When purchasing a session, you will also receive an instructional video on how to set your bike up properly for this specific cycling format, as well as a video with tips for proper form and safety while Rough Riding with me. Please note, you will need an Upright Stationary Bike in order to complete these cycling sessions. Recumbent Bikes and Dual Action are not suitable or recommended for this specific cycling format.
